Shipping policy

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During sales, holidays, vendor events, or other busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $150 or more after discounts and before taxes.

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information. Carrier delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other delays outside our control.

Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact Cotton & Blues Boutique as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Cotton & Blues Boutique is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier or for packages delayed, lost, or damaged while in the carrier’s possession. If a shipment problem occurs, please contact us and we will help you work with the carrier whenever possible.
